What is replicated, and what is different?
The gray case, cyan sections, VCO/VCF/VCA/EG sliders, wheels and 32-key layout are a visual homage to Yamaha's 1982 CS01. This is not an exact Yamaha analog-chip emulation. The audio is the same FANCO v5 SIREN chip used by the arcade. Its actual native registers begin at 0100; the SID façade remains at 40. Breath controls here are touch sliders, not microphone input. Glissando is implemented by the browser's instrument controller. SIREN has one modulation input per generator/filter: PWM takes the VCO input, and VCF vibrato replaces its envelope input. Raw edits can go beyond the original CS01. Init intentionally replaces the current patch; All notes off preserves its other settings.
Simple tone setup: SID example 25 instruction bytes; explicit native example 50. See the actual assembly and limitations.
